Before You Book — Here’s a Quick Look at Policies
- Reservations strongly encouraged
- A credit card is required to hold your bay
- Cancellation window: 24+ hours = full refund
- Cancel within 24 hours = 50% refund
- No-show or 15+ minutes late = charged in full
- Max 8 players per bay
- No outside food/beverages
- Only one person on the mat at a time
- Bay is reserved for the exact time slot (late arrival does not extend time)
