Whether you’re planning a celebration, a corporate shindig, or just a good old get-together, we’ve got you covered. Our venue boasts multiple party rooms that have seen more joy than a clown at a circus, private rooms that offer exclusivity like a VIP red carpet, semi-private spaces for those who like the best of both worlds, and fun spots like hitting bays, minigolf and indoor sims that’ll have your group swinging into fun in no time.
But wait, there’s more! If you need to get down to business (we know, it happens), our private rooms and meeting spaces are equipped with all the tech-savvy essentials – SmartTVs, WiFi, and A/V capabilities that would make even the most serious boardroom jealous.
Event Spaces
We have party rooms, private rooms, outside spaces, spaces suitable for lounging, some with bays for hitting balls. Some without. In other words, if you want to party – we say, “Bring it on!” Most of our meeting spaces have smart TV’s and WiFi available
Small Parties - Less than 12
If you’re looking to play golf, you can simply book online.
If you plan to have food, you’re welcome to simply order from our menu. Our kitchen is open from 11a-8p M-S and 11a-5p on Sundays.
Large Groups - 13+ people
We have several spaces that can accomodate a larger party. Our Events Center can seat up to 170. The Golfers Lounge can seat up to 60. If you’d like to include minigolf, simulators or the Flight Zone Toptracer Driving range, please request more info. Our staff is excited to help you!

Fun at work? We’re experts at it. Entertain clients and collegues or show vendor appreciation. Our packages and golf complex has what you need to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Fundraisers
Put the FUN back in FUNdraiser and add a new spin. We offer event spaces for silent auctions, put on a weekend tournament, contests and more in our Flight Zone.
Holiday Parties
Need a spot to host a party? No problem. We are party central over here. Show your staff, clients or vendors some love with delicious food and fun games during the holiday season.
Grad Parties
Save yourself from the giant project you’ll decide to do two weeks before your kid graduates. While the new flooring is nice, who wants the stress? We have multiple locations that will keep your graduate happy (if that’s possible).

FAQs
What types of events can I host at Flight Zone?
We host everything from birthday parties, corporate outings, team-building events, bachelor/ette parties, fundraisers, church groups, Friends-mas, kids’ celebrations, and more. If you want a fun group experience, we’ve got you covered.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can host groups as small as 6 people all the way up to large groups or full-facility rentals. Give us your group size and we’ll customize the perfect setup. Most Toptracer games can accomodate 8 players at one time.
Do I need to book in advance?
You can book a day, week, month, or even a year in advance. Earlier is always better — weekends and holidays fill fast.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a $150 deposit when renting a room or booking certain event packages. This secures your date and space.
What’s included in an event package?

Packages can be upgraded with catering, drink tickets, private rooms, and themed add-ons.
How long do events typically last?
Most events run 1.5 to 2 hours, but you can customize the length depending on your group’s needs.
Do you offer catering or food packages?
Outside food or beverages are not permitted, except specialty desserts like birthday cakes with prior approval.
Can I bring cupcakes or a cake?
Yes — IF it is purchased from a licensed caterer.
We love Grandma, too, but we must follow food safety rules.
You don’t have popcorn on your menu. Can I bring some?
Nope. We love popcorn, too — we just hate cleaning up after it. Save it for movie night.

Can kids attend events?
Yes — most event reservations require a deposit to hold your bays and time slot. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
What happens if our group arrives late?
We’ll do our best to accommodate, but event time begins at your scheduled start time. Arriving 10–15 minutes early ensures your group gets the full experience.
Can we decorate our bay or event space?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring small decorations, banners, or signs. We simply ask that nothing is taped to walls or surfaces that may cause damage.
I love glitter and confetti — can I use it?
NO. Absolutely not.
We made this mistake once. Let’s just say… never again. Leave the glitter and confetti at home.
Do you offer private rooms or meeting spaces?
Yes — private spaces are available for corporate meetings, holiday parties, or celebrations. They can be added to your bay reservation.
Can non-golfers attend and participate?
Of course! Flight Zone is designed for golfers and non-golfers. Many of our games are built for pure fun, so no golf experience is needed.
What is your cancellation policy for events?
Please refer to your contract for the full details. Long story short: we’re pretty easy-going, but cancellations close to the event date may lose the deposit.
Can I use a coupon or donated pass for an event?
Sorry, Charlie — coupons and donated passes aren’t valid for groups or outings.
Can I use my Toad Valley gift card at Flight Zone?
Yes! It’s just like cash to us. Use it for your event, bay time, food, or drinks.

Are you ADA accessible?
Yes! Most spaces are wheelchair-friendly. If you need additional space or accommodations, just let us know and we’ll make it happen.
