Good questions, real answers
- How far in advance can I book?
- 18 days in advance for tee times, indoor sims, and the Flight Zone.
- What's this no-show fee?
- No-show on any part of your booking and you'll be charged the hourly rate. We need at least 12 hours notice of cancellation. If you book 3 hours but only use 2, you'll be charged for one hour.
- My booking goes beyond the included time — how does that work?
- You'll be charged for the extra time at the hourly rate. Example: First Class is good on weekends until noon; if your booking runs until 1p, you'll be charged for one hour.
- How do I cancel?
- Email info@flightzone.golf before your monthly dues to cancel. Your subscription continues through the end of the billing cycle. If you rejoin later, you join at the then-current rate.
- Can I share my pass with friends?
- Let's keep this simple: no. The pass is non-transferable and the Flight Club member must be present to receive the perks.
- Can I bring friends to my indoor sim booking?
- Yes — up to 5 friends. Your membership is by the bay, so the more the merrier. You can only have one bay at a time, though.
- How do you know I'm a member?
- Download the Toad Valley app and scan your Member ID at booking or checkout.
- Greens fees: morning AND night?
- Yes — your greens fees discount is good for all fees except Super Twilight (starts 5:30p). Indoor sims and Flight Zone can be used any time during your included hours.
- Can I get my 20% off pizza for carryout?
- YES. Order on our app so you're logged in and the discount applies automatically.
