Before you book
- What kinds of events can I host?
- Birthdays, corporate outings, team-building, bachelor/ette parties, fundraisers, church groups, Friends-mas, kids' celebrations — if it's a fun group experience, we've got you.
- How many people can you accommodate?
- Groups from 6 people up to full-facility rentals. Most Toptracer games can run 8 players per bay at once.
- Do I need to book in advance?
- Day, week, month, year — earlier is always better. Weekends and holidays fill fast.
- Do you require a deposit?
- Yes — $120 deposit for room rentals or certain event packages. The deposit secures your date and space.
- What's included in an event package?
- Reserved bays, lounge seating, Toptracer game access, dedicated event support, and bay-side food & beverage service. Packages can be upgraded with catering, drink tickets, private rooms and themed add-ons.
- How long do events typically last?
- Most events run 1.5 to 2 hours, but you can customize the length to your group's needs.
- Do you allow outside food?
- No — except specialty desserts like birthday cakes with prior approval, and only from licensed caterers. (We love Grandma too, we just have to follow food safety rules.) No outside popcorn, no glitter, no confetti.
