Every November we string up the lights, deck out the bays, and turn the whole Flight Zone into a holiday party you don't have to be a golfer to enjoy. Some of your crew will swing. The rest will eat, drink, and heckle. Everybody has a good night.

20-guest minimum · $150 deposit · 6% tax and 18% service charge apply. Each bay accommodates up to 8 players. Spectators are welcome at a maximum ratio of 1 spectator per player. Groups exceeding this ratio must add bays. For larger groups, consider adding on a minigolf package or using our Events Center. November and December dates fill fast — book early.

Before you book

What kinds of events can I host?
Birthdays, corporate outings, team-building, bachelor/ette parties, fundraisers, church groups, Friends-mas, kids' celebrations — if it's a fun group experience, we've got you.
How many people can you accommodate?
Groups from 6 people up to full-facility rentals. Most Toptracer games can run 8 players per bay at once.
Do I need to book in advance?
Day, week, month, year — earlier is always better. Weekends and holidays fill fast.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — deposits apply to room rentals and event packages. Your event coordinator will confirm the amount based on the package and space.
What's included in an event package?
Reserved bays, lounge seating, Toptracer game access, event support, and flexible food and beverage service. Package inclusions vary by guide.
How long do events typically last?
Most events run 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the package, and we can guide you toward the best fit for your group size and vibe.
Do you allow outside food?
No — except specialty desserts like birthday cakes with prior approval, and only from licensed caterers. No outside popcorn, glitter, or confetti.
