How far in advance can I book?
You can reserve tee times, indoor sims and Flight Zone 18 days in advance.
What is the Flight Before Christmas promotion?
Flight Before Christmas is our annual holiday experience at Flight Zone. We transform the bays with festive décor, themed games, holiday music, and seasonal food & drink specials. It’s designed for families, friends, coworkers, and anyone looking to celebrate with something more fun than a traditional party.
Do I need a special reservation for the Flight Before Christmas?
Yes, we recommend booking ahead. When you reserve online, select a Flight Before Christmas bay time to ensure your group gets the holiday theme, decorations, and seasonal add-ons.
How do I cancel?

How long is the Flight Before Christmas available?
The holiday experience runs from December 1 through January 10. Reservations fill fast, especially on weekends, so booking early is encouraged.
Is there an extra cost for the holiday experience?
Some nights include complimentary holiday fun; others offer optional add-on packages such as festive drink specials, hot cocoa flights, cookie platters, holiday photo ops, or bay upgrades. Prices will be shown when you book.
Can we bring holiday gifts or do a gift exchange?
Yes! Holiday gift exchanges, Secret Santa, and white elephant events are welcome in your bay. Just make sure items fit comfortably in the lounging area.
Can we host a company holiday party or group outing during Flight Before Christmas?
Absolutely. Flight Before Christmas is one of our most popular corporate event options. We offer group packages, catering upgrades, and private bays for parties of all sizes. Contact our events team for custom quotes.
What should we wear?
Wear anything festive! Ugly sweaters, Santa hats, reindeer onesies — go for it. Just make sure you can still comfortably swing a club. If it is cold outside, remember that you’re in a building where there is some exposure to the outside.
Are kids allowed for the holiday event?
Of course! We encourage it. Many groups bring holiday props and take family or company photos under the lights. Be sure to tag us so we can feature your group!
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
Sorry, Charlie! You need to purchase drinks and food from us. The good news is that we have a wide drink selection AND fantastic food!
