FAQs
How far in advance can I book?
You can reserve tee times, indoor sims and Flight Zone 18 days in advance.
What's this no show fee?
When you no show for any part of your booking, you will be charged the hourly rate. We require at least 12 hours notice of cancelation to avoid the no show fee. If you book for 3 hours, but only use two, you’ll be charged for one hour.
My booking goes beyond the time included in the Flight Club. How does that work?
When your booking goes beyond the hourly booking, you’ll be charged for the time. For instance, the First Class is good on the weekend until noon. If your booking goes until 1p, then you’ll be charged for one hour.
How do I cancel?
Send an email to [email protected] before your monthly dues to cancel.
I want to cancel but plan to join again later this year. What will I be charged?
You can cancel any time. Your subscription will continue until the end of billing cycle. When you re-join, you will join at the new rate posted at that time.
I made the reservation for my buddies under my name, but can't make it. Can they use my pass?
Let’s keep this simple. No.
The pass is non-transferable and the Flight Club member must be present to receive the pass privileges.
How do I re-start my membership?
It’s easy! Simply follow the steps to purchase your membership online.
I have booked an indoor simulator. Can I bring a friend?
Not only can you bring a friend, but you can bring up to 5 friends! Your membership is by the bay, so the more the merrier.
I need more than one bay. Can I get one?
One bay at a time is included in your Flight Club. If you need more than one, you’ll need to sweet talk a friend into joining.

How do you know I'm a member?
Step one: Download our app
Step two: Scan your Member ID whenever you make a reservation or purchase.
I played in the morning, but now I want to play again at night. Do I still get my discount?
Yes! Your greens fees discount is good for all fees except our Super Twlight which begins at 5:30p
Indoor Simulators and Flight Zone can be used as long as it is during the included times of your membership. Hit the sims in the morning with your boss and in the afternoon with your friends.
Can I bring in outside food or drinks?
You’re required to use our drink service. Outside caterers can be used under the right circumstances. Please see the contract and Room Rental pricing.
What's available in your bar?
We have a full bar and lots of selections. When you fill out the form, our event coordinator will supply you with pricing and list of options.
I love your pizza. Can I order it for carryout and get my 20% discount?
YES! We don’t blame you. Our pizza is great.
The easiest way to download is to order on our app. That way you are logged into your membership account and the discount will be included.
